"This resort has friendly staff and fun vibes. It was not as fancy as some of the other RIU's I have stayed at but I have zero complaints. It was beach front and fun!"

"You can either spend the day in your private pool looking at the beach with an occasional fancy drink brought to you while you call room service for meals OR you can stay busy all day with something fun to do happening around the resort every hour. It's truly the best of both worlds ♥️ Also, splurging for the Serenity Club was worth it to us! Our butler, Eduardo, was always there via text no matter what was needed. He made our dinner reservations for us and brought us our preferred pillow type. After I was stung by a jellyfish, the lovely lifeguard on standby near the pool area, took excellent care of me, even making me laugh through the pain. Thank you for everything Haven! "
