"As usual my stay was very good. I like being able to walk for groceries and if I just need water there is a convenient store across the street. I enjoy cooking my own meals so having the kitchenette is great although a larger fridge would be nice to have ice. I like sitting on the balcony reading and the pool on the roof is very nice. The shower usually has warm/hot water however the pressure is low so for some it may be an issue. The only con would be during Carnival usually some time in...

"This is a cute smaller all-inclusive property than what we are used to. We stayed for 4 nights. It was clean, decent food and drink options. Buffet was a bit small but had everything we normally eat. Excellent service with a smile. Spa options were a good value. We would stay here again. 5th Avenue was walking distance, we went from 6-9:30pm and felt very safe. It has several places to shop and eat. Great location. "

"The location was ideal for biking to downtown or the beach. It is a small property with a great staff. A superstore is within a block of the hotel and we were able to stock the mini frig with cold drinks. Many food options within a few blocks. I would recommend this hotel and it was perfect for our needs. "

"Stay was nice right on 5th Ave for all your shopping and beach. Only thing was elevator stop working and club next door plays music o believe until 3 a.m besides that hotel inside eas very nice very specious."

"I stayed here on a solo vacation last week. It was a great place, walkable to all the fun things in playa. The staff was amazing, the place was clean, and the room itself was great I would say the beach in that area of Playa del Carmen was not really swimable due to the rocks and boats. However the beaches near by offered more swim able areas. I’d totally stay here again. "

"My daughter and I stayed at Alito Hotel for a whole week and we had a fabulous time, the hotel is not a luxury resort, but it is very comfortable, clean and the staff is so kind, and hard working, we stayed at the building but maybe the cabanas would have been more quiet as some of the other guests were noisy either very early in the morning or late at night.
