"Good quality was good, drinks were good but room service food quality wasn’t the best and that’s not included in all inclusive package. Less cabanas and more chair around the pool would have been nice. Perfect location for walking downtown. "

TRS is very walkable, you can reach many delicious dining options and the beach is just a stones throw away! ( depending on your villa location ) one of our favorite places to eat was capricho. ( don’t miss out on the Sunday only Mexican dinner ) We had a blast every day there were interactive activities at the Helios Infinity pool. Don’t hesitate to ask your butlers for anything they are extremely accommodating and were eager to make our stay one to remember! "

"We love coming to the Riviera Maya, but we have never been before to this resort. We stated at FS at Kantenah w two kids ages 9 and 5. We stayed at building 50 and loved the location. Close to the beach and across the FS pool and buffets The resort is stunning. Located within the jungle and mangroves, wildlife is everywhere, and our kids loooved it. We counted over 100 iguanas, saw a snake, agoutis, coatis and a basilisk lizard. Service is just out of this world, everywhere. From the people taking care of the grounds to the Buttler team. Daniela, Guillermo and Rogelio made our stay the most special. They were so helpful. Our kids got sick and helped us get the dr to the room, let us know when medication was ready, make sure that we had all we needed in the room all the time, informed us about the entertainment every day and surprised our kids with spectacular balloon art one night when we came back to the room. Lizbeth at the FS pool is the kindest, hard working and attentive waitress. Always making sure people were happy and served. Our days in the pool were always brightened by her service. Fernanda the FS manager is a star. Always checking around, making sure all is going well, helping tidy the areas, talking to customers, really made a difference to see a Manager so involved and caring. Room was perfect. So clean. After this, it will be hard to match. Absolutely a great week."

"It is a beautiful property with great beachfront and a walkable beach in both directions and you felt safe walking on the sidewalk. Having access to other resorts was great since one had tennis, basketball and pickleball that this resort did not. Food and drinks were amazing, and I liked not having to make a reservation at the specialty restaurants. Nightly entertainment was good too. Staff were friendly, attentive and it was very clean. Halls can be a bit noisy at nighttime, but if you aren't facing the centre, the outside is quiet."
