"I’d give it 3.5 stars for an all inclusive. The rooms were clean and spacious with twice daily service. Bartenders were great as was the entertainment staff, but food and food service varied greatly by restaurant. Hot tubs were not heated and we were told the pool was heated as well, but it was not. Room service food was terrible and incredibly slow, and the breakfast buffet (only breakfast option without privileged upgrade) was mediocre. "Fantastic time at this beautiful property! Not too big, not too small. Everything was clean and well maintained. We stayed in building 10 which was the perfect location! 30 second walk to the beach and pool. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the service was excellent! Would absolutely recommend and would come back again!!!"
