"The property is very isolated. No public transportation, convenient stores, restaurants or attractions near the hotel Low internet speed not suitable for remote working. Otherwise the property was clean, nice staff and good size rooms. "

"We had a suit, it was everything the picture had described the view was breathtaking! Did try to use our Netflix one night and gave up leaving us with the history channel or Spanish TV. The main pool area is more of a “party” vibe & the smaller one with the jacuzzi is the quiet one. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was freezing & that was partly why I booked this resort. However we were able to lay out read a book/ relax had fantastic pool side service from Javier. The all inclusive drinks were great! ...

"The facilities in the room were very poor. The power in the room went out and we reported it, and only some of the lights were fixed. We told the receptionist again and he did nothing and we were unable to charge at night until the morning."

"The staff everywhere in the resort were fantastic! Manager Luis, Alfredo, Vanilly and Stephanie in the restaurants! The beach is raked daily, we were not troubled by seaweed. Lots of beach and pool chairs. Room was very clean and well appointed! Food was tasty! All you could ask for !"

"Location is the best perk of this hotel. It’s quite expensive, I was asked to pay almost $300 dollars more when I checked in because my son was older than 13, even though he’s a minor and still eats like a toddler. Other than that, staff are amazing and friendly. I recommend to join their rewards program. This was my 2nd time and they gave me a complimentary tequila plus i free daybed rental! It was awesome!"
