"Overall the resort was amazing, I would give it a 8/10. The room was really clean and the resort was well kept. The staff treated us great. The only reason it’s not a 10 is because of the location. It’s far off from everything & very secluded. Also, I wasn’t a huge fan of the food. Everything tasted pretty bland."

"I love the fact that it is quiet, clean and safe. I was not looking for an inclusive hotel because we rented a car and drove many distances during the day. And it was very nice to come back to this quiet, clean hotel. The hotel is not cheap, but not as expensive as the so-called inclusive hotels. The breakfast was has average. "I booked a vacation in early Nov for a Feb stay. When we got there we were booted to a different resort so Tucancun could accommodate a large business party. Not cool. I had to travel on my birthday, checking out at 11am and not being allowed a room at the resort I actually booked at until 3pm even with a request for this 2 days prior. "Excellent hotel and location. Right by a local bus stop. Nice pool with a beach also accessible at the property. Every car coming into the property is stopped before entering. I also had a small outdoor area to sit down right outside my room. Staff was helpful as checking in and out was smooth as can be...Should I go back to Cancun in the near future, I know where I'll be staying!"
