"Loved the customer service upon check in and on check out. This place was so quiet. They have a laundry machine on the second floor close to our room so we managed to do a load before heading to our Airbnb. I would definitely recommend this place upon flying into Cancun late at night. Very convenient location with shuttle service to/from the airport. Woke feeling well rested."

"This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring Expedia for my money back. I finally get hold of Expedia. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and Expedia has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎"
