"Great property. Amazing staff and customer service. Everyone was incredibly friendly. The property was impeccably maintained. The food does lack variety, especially for vegetarians. I do need to bring f awareness to amajor concern was that we witnessed a man have a stroke in the water and they pulled him to shore but did not a defibrillator. Another guest did CPR until staff took over. It was over 30 minutes before medical personal arrived it was too late for a defibrillator. He was blue when finally transported and he passed. It was horrific to whiteness such a devastating situation. The lack of proper medical assistance was a concern. Going forward asking about medical resources will be on my checklist. Our prayers to this man and his family. "

"We had a great time! Women do walk around topless so make sure you are good with that. Food and room service and staff are great! If you have a hard time getting a reservation for "she" just show thw the host a 20 and your in if there's room. Great show..if you wanna party this is the place"

"Loved everything about this resort. We stayed in building 5 and initially thought we’d want to move closer to the main pools as others had suggested, but we quickly found we enjoyed the quieter room area when we wanted it. "

"They had originally given us an ocean view on the 1st floor, but we didn't like it, it wasn't like the photo it showed when we selected the room, we asked for a change and they very kindly accommodated us on another ocean view with a king size bed, much better like the one we chose when booking. Very good clean rooms. Delicious food. Marcopolo's breakfast buffet needs more variety. The a la carte restaurants have very good dishes. For 3 ppl or less is better the airport transportation with the hotel, the rate is better than the taxi outside. The shops inside for jewelry and other items are terribly expensive. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we will definitely return."
