What was most striking was the staff there, who all made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. It seemed no matter where we went the staff were all incredibly tolerant and engaged with all of the kids and as a family with two small children it put us at ease when ours eventually acted out here and there because it seemed as though 2/3 groups there were there with children. Would highly recommend and we will certainly be coming back on our next trip to Mexico."

"The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money. "

"My sister and I stayed at The Fives in Oct. '24. We had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful and on a gorgeous part of the beach. It is in walking distance to the square but at the end of the street so it is quiet. The hotel staff were all amazing! So friendly and accommodating! And I would highly recommend using the spa if you have the chance. It is beautiful and the massages were some of the best we have ever had. I hope to get the chance to return there at some point!"
