"Tengo 5 años acudiendo a este hotel y la atención que me dieron en esta ocasión fue extraordinaria, me queda claro que utilizar expedía tiene sus recompensas. Cecilia nuestra concierge hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera mejor de lo planeado y Adriana Cadena me ayudó en todo momento con mis hijos, sin duda vuelvo. Compré un certificado para volver que me vendieron ahí y después me arrepentí porque puede ser que no reciba el mismo trato que por expedía, espero que si. "

"Wonderful staff"

"We love visiting this resort and have been twice before. The food was solid, make sure you hit the catch of the day for lunch at the seaside grill. There were some power outages when we were there this most recent visit, not sure if that happens regularly. It’s also not quite clear what you have access to as a preferred club room. I was given mixed feedback when asked if we’d have access to Indigo which is a new restaurant on site."

"Very clean property, a lot of activities for kids and the kids activity areas were exceptional. Staff was very friendly. Pool was very nice. There was an issue with the room thermostat, but they fixed it right away. The food could have been better but overall it was great. "

"The beach was amazing and the proximity to everything in the property was great. 4 stars because it seemed the entire resort closed down by 11pm, except for “club area” and lobby bar. Would be great if the sports bar and activities were open past 11. "

"The property was beautiful from all of the greenery surrounding the resort, to the pools and beaches, and each of the hotel rooms. While I was an overall pretty disappointed in the food, there were several different restaurants around the resort with varying food styles. The staff and room service was excellent. In terms of the night life, we went to the Gravity Bar. When they had live music playing it was great, however, when there wasn’t a band playing they didn’t have big or loud enough...

"Everything was awesome!!! The only bad thing I have to say it's that sometimes we had to wait for a long time for the shuttle. You must take it to be transported between the rooms and the water park/lobby"
