"Wonderful relaxing vacation from the moment I arrived. At the front desk, friendly faces welcoming a solo traveler & very helpful. Dining room service, at the pool service & bar service was wonderful. Dont forget to TIP YOUR SERVERS. Clean rooms great air conditioning, great balcony views. Beautiful place, great value... was there before...will be back again. Was there offseason so overcrowding not an issue. Don't forget to tip your servers"

"The evening shows were great. Zero to very short wait for restaurants. Rooms were cool. Water hot. Great water pressure. Special requests were accommodated. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to shops. Felt safe. All rooms have good ocean view. Food always available regardless of time of day. The neon party at the neighboring RIU was super fun for all ages, shapes and sizes—don’t miss out! Saw a couple beach vendors but they didn’t stay long. Not sure if it’s because nobody was buying or because staff chased them away. Whatever the case it was nice not being bothered. We would totally go back to this resort. "

"We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "

"This was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was amazing! The food and beach was amazing! Our bartenders were absolutely lovely. The only thing we would have liked was there to be more then 1 pool for adults as it was always very busy"

"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. Restaurant and buffet food options were great, good variety and tasty. French restaurant was our favourite. Only negative would be the evening shows which were a little cheesy and too loud, but really enjoyed the live bands/performers. Enjoyed the activity options. We took part in painting, tennis lessons, bike tour, spin class and craft sessions. Resort didn't seem overly busy - easy to find lounger on the beach and didn't need to wait long to find tables. "
