If I had any complaints it would be that at the time of our visit the water slide was under repair, the buffet retaurant could have used some updated dinning furniture (some of the chairs were a little questionable to sit on) and staff do not enforce saving...

"Just got back from 8 nights at Grand Park Royal Cancun and all I can say is WOW! We were absolutely blown away in the best possible way. The property is gorgeous. There is a little bit of construction and updating going on at the resort, but we didn’t find that it impacted our stay at all. The staff was also incredible.
