"Property is great for families, lots of things to do. The water park area is super fun. Lots of eating options, the wait in the restaurants may take a little but it’s with the wait. Our favorite was the Japanese restaurant. Very easy access to catch the bus in front of the hotel if desired. The location is nice and quiet and safe. The pools could be a little more clean. Same with the side elevators. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The beach was absolutely stunning! Property is well maintained, taken care of very well. There is a night bar on the open terrace at the top of the hotel, two pools for adults and one for young kids. There are Mayan ruins on the hotel’s grounds - so unique! Friendly and helpful staff which makes your holidays great! "

"Didn’t like that the room phone didn’t work, the safe had an error that required overriding to get things out. I would have liked to see more things going on at the resort such as events. I very well could have been out during some of those things but while I was there I only saw and participated in a 3 round game of pool volleyball then they removed the net right after.
