"Everything was great! Except for the lobby area. The AC doesn’t work and it’s hot. The buffet was downstairs and it was very uncomfortable because of the AC not working. So you’re eating and sweating. The pool service by Carlos and Fernando was phenomenal! Very attentive and friendly. Staff was all great. Would definitely stay here again and I hope that AC gets fixed asap! "

"This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation . "
