"This was our first time to live aqua after having previously been to Secrets and Atelier and we had a wonderful time and plan to return. While this property is a bit more dated than the others we have been to, it was still very clean and the service was wonderful. We always have issues with overcrowding at the Cancun pools and it was no different here, even in October. "Upon arrival were greeted by the concierge “Alfonso” which he escorted us to our room. We ask him to make restaurant reservations for us and he said he would (but never did) then proceeded to want us to go through a timeshare meeting with him which we refused because we have been through them before. We always stay at the Royal Resorts when we go to Mexico and have been through the meetings before. That is our biggest issues with the Royal timeshare sales. The food was decent. Service around...

"We went on a girls trip. There were 8 of us and we got 2 of the 2 room villas. There was plenty of space. We all had our own bed. The facility and our rooms were very clean. The resort is gorgeous. The pool was amazing! Ged was our concierge and he was so nice. He answered any questions we had about the best way to get around in Cancun and he even help organize a overnight trip for us in Tulum via the ADO which was only like $23 round trip vs $150 each way by way of any other transportation...

It was a little overwhelming with so many families with lots of kids running around but it is a family hotel. "
