"Fantastic strip if you want to be close to Tulum but far enough away to be quiet! Staff is absolute ace! Candy at the desk is awesome as is Juan our waiter. I cant wait to return! Rental car will go a long way to help avoid taxis. The cenote within walking distance was great. There are like 5 restaurants all within walking distance and each were nice if you dont rent a car"

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back "

"From the checkin with Jesus to the restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone was so attentive and kind! The amenities were perfect and getting the rooftop suite with plunge pool was perfect for my bday weekend! Food was always fresh complimentary bkfst was more than enough. "We spent 4 days with my wife and two kids, the hotel has all the possible activities for the family: beach, pool, water slides and have a great indoor facility with bowling, trampolines and others. My kids loved it. Food was great, they have many options and great quality. We didn’t drink that much but they offer great variety of liquor. "I recently spent a week at this amazing hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The facilities are top-notch, and the service is truly exceptional—it’s hard to find anything we didn’t like. At first, we were unsure about the long walk to our room, but it ended up being something we absolutely loved—it added to the tranquil and relaxing vibe of the place. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, and everything was of excellent quality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If I had to point out one area that was just average, it would be the entertainment, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all. This is the perfect place to relax and disconnect, especially if you’re traveling with your partner. We had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to return!"
