"Beautiful property. My room view was amazing. Aside from having 7 restaurants, nightly entertainment, spa, gardens, beach, wildlife, in the end my most memorable moments came through interactions with resort staff. Everyone we encountered always had a smile, was respectful and helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderdul. I want to especially thank and recognize the fine gentlemen at preferred breakfast at Portofino. They are Rene, Javier, and Edgar. Their excellent service and kindness left an impression. In the café I would like to thank and recognize Luis and Jessica for their latte skills and warm welcoming smiles. Last but not least, our highly skilled resort photographer Tania. She captured such timeless and priceless moments for us. My wife and I would like to thank you all for making our stay at Dreams Tulum a real life dream. We hope to see you all again soon. "5 stars is not enough for this beautiful oasis. The property is absolutely gorgeous with a boho tropical vibe. The food is fresh, flavorful and healthy. My room offered a private rooftop pool that overlooks the sea. However, my favorite part of this location was the fabulous staff. Thank you to everyone, especially Jesus, Oscar, Miguel, and Javier. I appreciate all of you for treating me like I was VIP and making my birthday so special. "

"This house is amazing and we loved having our own beach access as well as all the amenities. Hosts were very helpful and kind. The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 was because there were a ton of moths/bugs in the house but given the size and location of the property it makes sense and it didn’t take away from the beauty of the space. Also, we felt great having the security on the street, but make note the roads are very bumpy! Luckily our rental car was big enough to do fine. A small price to pay for such a stunning location. "

"We just got back from our stay at Casa Playa Azul and are sad to not be waking up to fresh fruit platters, gorgeous ocean views, and a sparkling clean house that we didn’t have to clean. I cannot say enough nice things about the house, the staff, the location, the meals, the beach or the amenities to truly do the place justice. This is my second time booking with Frank (my girls group had booked Casa Soledad in 2022) and the experience was the same so we knew how great it would be. Both properties are just stunning and I can’t say if I like one better than the other, though Soleada has one extra bedroom and bathroom. Either way, you will have a great time at Tankah Shores!"

"This property exceeded our expectations! The setting felt like a dream with the ocean feet from us. It’s very spacious; there are 7 bedrooms all with their own bathroom! Plus 5 have an ocean view. Everything was very clean and well kept. The patio with the large table and the pool with the ocean right there was amazing. We spent a lot of time hanging out in that pool! Bibi was awesome! She made us coffee every morning and made up our rooms when asked. She provided the perfect amount of care, she was available but not intrusive. The chef meals were great! We ate outside for every meal, so lovely. The paddle boards and the kayak were a nice bonus. The beach immediately in front of the place is very rocky but water is still very clear. The upstairs is accessible by an outside staircase that locks separately. Bibi was up before us each morning and unlocked the lower level to make coffee so not a big deal if you were on the upper floor (we also kept the key just in case). The rooftop with the yoga mats and the hot tub were great! We watched the stars almost every night. We did massages twice, Pedro and his therapists were fantastic. We utilized the taxi recommended by the host, while expensive, was very convenient. There are multiple restaurants in walking distance which are great. Casa Altamar is literally two doors down. The road to get to the house off the main road is rough but worth it! Also note the A/C is only in the bedrooms but fans everywhere. Loved our stay!"
