"Took the family for week and we all really enjoyed! I would highly recommend the Maya palace to any family. Beautiful pool, very quiet at night and very clean. The beach is beautiful and the staff is great. If I were to recommend anything to anyone, it would be to make sure you book your reservations for dinner as early as possible. The food at each restaurant was fantastic! "

The room we originally booked was no longer available so they comped us a bottle of wine and upgraded us to the privileged wristbands. Great customer service. It was really easy to get chairs by the pool/beach. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Hope to be back!"
