The property was lovely, saw monkey several times. And the was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive! The beach was a tad small and the A/C in the room could have been better, otherwise really great and an excellent value. This is our stay here. As many years ago, the staff is very welcoming and responsive. Marlene and Karen made sure that our stay remain enjoyable from the first day we arrived until we left. I highly recommend this resort.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The grounds are beautiful and the staff:service was excellent. The air conditioning was an issue which was partially resolved, though not cool enough for my preference. Erik took great care of me to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

We had a great vacation here. The beach was beautiful with lots of fish to see, lots of indigenous animals patrolling the grounds including monkeys, awesome pools and lazy river, huge sprawling grounds to explore and friendly helpful staff. Great all inclusive.

We loved our stay at this resort and will be back! The staff are fantastic....always friendly and willing to help. The buffet each day was fantastic, soooooo many delicious options. Fornthe ala cart restaurants, we tried tje Japanese, the steak hoise and the peruvian. The peruvian was my absolute fav! Also, because we booked through Expedia we got a 3 pack of metal straws as a welcome gift, a free hydrotherapy session and a special dinner at Casa Loma, which was also delicious.
