"It's an amazing resort full of activities and entertainment, there are sports, music, water parks, trampolines, a nightclub, pool (waterpolo as well), and everything a first level resort should have and more. Service is excelente always with an amazing attitude and disposition, probably the best thing about the hotel and that Is a lot yo say. Finally hats off to the cooks, food is straight up gourmet, with variety and quality. Hard Rock riviera maya Is an experiences every resort lover should live."

Only recommendation was entertainment staff was a little disappointing, didn’t seem to engage to people as much. But we will definitely be back to this resort!! "

"My family & I are so happy we made the right decision to stay at this property. We were a bit apprehensive at first due to some bad reviews but glad we didn’t listen. This place is beautiful and enormous. They did a great job renovating the resort. Although, hopefully the rooms will get the same treatment eventually. There are so many things to do here. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, we enjoyed it so much especially after the seaweeds got cleared out. The kids loved the snorkeling area! Pools are also fun! If you enjoy nature, this is your place. We appreciated all the trees everywhere. There were monkeys, birds, iguanas & all kinds of animals you’ll see around the property. There’s def that jungle vibe, which we loved so much! The food is nothing but the best, esp all the restaurants we tried. The buffet and the grill by the beach were our go to’s! Btw, Angel @ the buffet was the best server, and also Irene by the pool. They were attentive and have the best attitude! The regular drinks are ok btw- they all kind of taste the same but the ones we had at the resto were top notch! Our favorite would be the lobby bar, Mixologia. Freddy and Manuel are the finest bartenders! All the drinks they made were unbelievable. You will find us there every night! The staff def made our stay special & we were so thankful. From day1, Karen & Eric took really good care of me & my family. They made our experience absolutely wonderful! We would love to stay again, thank you so much Sirenis!"

"Just back from a week stay @ TRS and it was spectacular! I read probably close to a thousand plus reviews before leaving and was well versed on what to expect and on some potential concerns to. The concerns I had going in, were mostly about the potential moldy or musty smell of the rooms/AC not working. I did notice that the bed sheets had a bit of dampness to them, and the bathroom did have that smell a little bit, but neither one of those impacted my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC blew cold and had the room very comfortable "
