"The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time...

"Beautiful villa!! The host met us upon arrival, they responded promptly to requests, and even set up transportation for us. The villa was clean and basic necessities like towels, cooking necessities, paper towels, water, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner were all provided. We would definitely return. Location was also close to shops and restaurants. Rooftop was beautiful and pool was clean. "

"Fabulous house with every amenity including 5 motor scooters and 3 bikes. Spread out so even 14 of us had more than ample space. Close to the beach although this was far too rocky and un available for swimming. But, we wet to nearby beaches instead. Nearby convenience store was nice to have although we had full chef service while there. They were incredible and extremely flexible. Once there you need your own transportation to get around, especially to go into Tulum or Playa del Carmen both of...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and a great location in the jungle and right by the lagoon. The living room, deck and pool are exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is a beautiful open space to relax and have fun as a group. Asidro and his wife were wonderful. They really allowed us to relax and accommodated all our requests. "The small home was clean and had amazing access to the beach basically right outside the back porch. There is a covered porch with a table and several chairs and lounging areas in the back yard overlooking the ocean. There is beach area is right there behind the house which is super convenient!Jacob was great and always available. Overall it was excellent! "

"Family of 7 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 6 stayed for 9 nights. Everything was perfect. We arrived late the first night and Noe and Elizabeth were there to greet us and help with luggage.The house was perfect size, very clean and had everything we needed. "Beautiful property and nice, quiet neighborhood. For such a beautiful home, I would have expected some basics like cleaning supplies, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, also salt/pepper, oils for cooking, etc. The water was not safe drinking water and purifier made it taste salinated and terrible. Also, showers need to be cleaned better as they are full of mold. Pool needed to be cleaned and the nearby gym equipment was all broken. The transportation system to the beach does not include this...
