"It’s a beautiful place, the beach it’s amazing, facilities are refurbished and looks really nice, all the staff is so kind and helpful, pool is really cool. It’s a amazing place to spend great time with family or couple. The only opp to me are the drinks in the pool bars, taste is like the same no matter what you ask. Not the best ones. "

"From the checkin with Jesus to the restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone was so attentive and kind! The amenities were perfect and getting the rooftop suite with plunge pool was perfect for my bday weekend! Food was always fresh complimentary bkfst was more than enough. "The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning "

"WARNING. This property is NOT in the center of the city in Tulum. I received a message from the hotel through the Expedia app that informed the property was 20 miles away from the city in the middle of nowhere in Tulum. We immediately cancelled and made other arrangements. This is false advertising and misleading, and just shady. "

"Everything was perfect. Service was on point; everyone that works there was friendly. Papi made you feel at home and has a good personality and sense of humor :) Toiletries and rooms were all clean and practically brand new and had such a good aromatic smell that made you feel like you were in paradise. Would definitely recommend and reconsider coming back "
