"I loved my time here. If you are looking for peace, you have found the right place. The road getting out there is tough…but that probably helps with it not being too crowded. Once your there: sound of the waves, friendly service, great breakfast, kayaks and snorkeling included, beach chairs with umbrellas in the sand, infinity pool overlooking the water, hammocks on the pier…watching the sunrise and sunset from a kayak in the water was my favorite moment. I came here to heal and being here helped soothe my heart. "

"Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."

"Very relaxing in a beautiful location. Secluded yet near to local restaurants and Tulum. Edwin and Irma were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is nice and the staff too, but the street leading to the hotel is in terrible conditions. The street is full of potholes of all sizes and when it rains it becomes pure mud. I liked the hotel a lot but that street is something else."

"Ok it took a minute for me to write this. I am an older mom of a medically challenged toddler. My anxiety with life has been high so traveling for the first time with my 'miracle baby' was high. I took ALL of Dan's advice with just staying and enjoying the property and visiting O'tulum hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not only did my mini me do well on the plane BUT LOVED the pool the ocean and the food! We are planning our next trip for her birthday. The transfer from the airport to the property all arranged by Augustin. It was THE BEST SERVICE and I've decided December is to far away and looking to return within a couple weeks. If you've been leery about booking accommodations..no worries here..this will be a lifetime getaway for my mini and I. Be blessed ❤️❤️❤️ PS..the house is amazing!!!"

"The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning "

"The team was great - Fernando, Azalea, Chef Angel and Rosa were attentive and did everything to ensure we were happy and comfortable! The food was awesome and they went out of their way to make my birthday night extra special! The house itself was spacious and accommodated our large group (15 adults max capacity 1 night). Even when we had to use the futons, they were comfortable. When we arrived it was a full tropical storm so the power had gone out and the house was flooded. The team did their best under those circumstances - they got the generator running and worked hard to clean up the flooding. The owners should do some work on the house / window & door sealing to help prevent flooding. They also should invest in a few new kayaks / paddle boards as the few there are old and not in great shape. The listing said there was a hot tub, but there isn't - just a bath tub, so hopefully they'll update the listing so it's accurate - I love a hot tub and that was a main factor in my choice. The pool and beach were lovely - you definitely need water shoes for the rocks. Massages at house were a bit pricey and just "OK." The house is a bit far from downtown Tulum and sadly the taxi / transport situation in Tulum has become an out of control racket, so venturing out gets pricey, especially with a big group. You can walk down the beach to the Jashita Hotel which has a great restaurant and cute little bar. Overall, had a fantastic stay and loved the house and team - highly reccommend!"
