"This hotel is conveniently located near the Marina Vallarta so there are lots of options for shopping and dining. The property is beautifully landscaped and has a fantastic pool which looks out to the ocean. We had a panoramic room which had a fabulous view of the pool and beach. "Why is there a tiger in a cage on the property?! Ridiculous. There’s one building of the resort that hasn’t been renovated - they were going to put us there. We did not want that location because it was not what we expected. They forced us to upgrade and spend another $1600 for a more desirable room. They told us there’s a Standard room and a Superior room - you should make the difference more clear in the description. "
