Beachfront view is 5 stars. Location is great many restaurants to dine in. Super clean hotel overall and the pools were my favorite spot. The only takeaway is parking lot is limited and parking spaces are narrow.

This is a really nice place building is old but everything works Great....love the pool and the beach acces private beach only for guests Dining opcion on site and all around....nice view of the ocean....the only thing i dindt like it was the SMAL BATHROOM...other than that everything else was grea 9/10

Great view from the 27th floor but only 2 unairconditioned elevators were working so it took awhile to get to and from room. We did have a maid let herself into our room a few hours after we checked in. I don’t know what she was looking for but she left when she saw us inside the room

When I made my reservation I picked pay at the location because I wanted to pay cash but they took the paiement on my credit card and because of the currency I ended up paying 20$ extra for a night. Canadian currency is bad as it it so it is annoying when a hotel make it even worse. Expedia show me a price and I expect to pay that price. As of the hotel the pool location was nice, the oceanview as very pretty, the room was kinda old, the bed and sofa was not comfortable at all.I would not go back but it was ok for a 2 nights stay.

Llevo varios años hospedandome en las torres y está vez la experiencia fue fatal,horrible, el cuarto que solicite no me lo dieron, me dieron una habitación vieja y descuidada , pedimos el cambio a lo que habíamos pedido y la señorita que está en la oficina la que da los recibos nada accesible cayendo en lo grosero diciendo "es lo que hay" , insistimos y nos dieron el cambio de habitación pero sorpresa ¡Estaba peor¡ . Esperemos la próxima vez no nos llevemos un mal sabor de boca en cuanto a trato al huésped se trata , todo lo demás 8 de 10.
