I read a review that said the staff was the best thing about the hotel and it is true, they do what they can and what is within their reach, unfortunately the hotel fails in several aspects. I went in the low season (beginning of March) and there were 2 events (a wedding and a birthday party) I don't know if the hotel miscalculated but during meal times the restaurants were packed with people having to queue for up to half an hour and once you had gotten a table, the food was gone and you also had to wait up to half an hour for the buffet trays to be refilled, the queues at the 3 bars were the same, queues and more queues.

The room was already occupied when we arrived and the attendant Alejandro was really rude. The shower didn‘t have a courtain so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. At least one of the four elevators was always unavailable. My booked a room with breakfast included and they always told me I had to pay (after checking i was told it was a mistake but three times was too much). I‘m really dissapointed because pur experience two years ago in Hotel Krystal in Puerto Vallarta was totally different.

We have had no power for more than 4 hours, we have to take the stairs from floor 17th up and down. No internet due to the loss of power, and I had to postpone an important meeting. NO AC at that time and the heat was horrible. Also, there is no AC at all in the lobby and other areas. The only good thing is the staff that is very friendly and nice.

My stay here was terrible!!! One of the nights the power went out a place like this should have a back up generator. My bathroom also flooded and dark water was coming out of shower, toilet and hand sink. Luckily the bathroom had floor drains. My wife called front desk about they issue and she said they hung up on here before she can even finish. The staff is rude and look like they don’t want to work there. El aire acondiconado no funciono en la habitacion, y el personal de recepción no me ayudo en anda, y buscaron una justificicacion absurda (queno no funcionaba el aire de todo el hotel) ademas me negaron la entra desde la playa al interior del hotel por llevar los pies mojados, cuando hay regaderas para quitarte la arena de la playa. en general el trato del presonal es muy MUY MALO
