"This is the nicest all inclusive we have ever experienced. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and we were upgraded to a beautiful remodeled room on the oceanfront. The service and attention to detail from the staff is superb. A special thank you to our personal concierge Ramon, our pool concierge, Raymundo, and our pool servers, Leonel, Enrique, & Miguel. The neighborhood was quiet, and the nearby funicular really helped with those up hill climbs. We also saw whales in Banderas Bay from our balcony. "garza blanca is in a beautiful location. the hotel is very clean and well maintained. views from hillside buildings/pools/restaurants are stunning. beach is very clean and swimmable. steaks at bocados restaurant were excellent and service poolside and restaurants was very nice. those are the good. now with the bad - layout of hotel is WEIRD. you have to spend 20 mins at least taking trolley up and down the hill because most amenities are on the hillside. there are multiple buildings in the hill...

"The hotel has really high potential. It’s in an incredible location and the rooms are beautiful, big and extremely well equipped. A couple things that were a bit frustrating - the hot water didn’t work ever in our showers. At the very most it was luke warm and they tried to fix it once for us. We also weren’t told we needed to put a sign on our door handle for cleaning service so we didn’t know it was available until the last day which was a shame.
