"There were a lot of things we loved about this resort. The serving staff was all incredible. The waiters at the pool took great care of us all day, every day. Rosalindo at the downstairs bar quickly became our best friend. Be generous to the staff & they will take great care of you. The food was all really good, and the quality was good too. "Loved how spread out the pools are! Nothing seems to congested. Small observation: Debris (cups and bottles) left on beach, which speaks more to the customer than the staff. We did observe one employee late afternoon burying the trash racking sand over it. "
