"The food and drinks were excellent. We did get upgraded being VIP through Expedia, however only benefit was being able to eat at restaurants every night. We did not recieve a room upgrade. The pool entertainment team did a good job keeping us entertained. Room was ok nothing special."

"This is the second time I stay at a Riu resort and I’ll definitely be back. Great entertainment, great food, music, pools, staff. I highly recommend this place. The only thing I didn’t like is that they allow people to save the pool chairs even if no is there using the pool. People would leave their towel or belongings on their chair and that would save it for them even overnight for days on end. That’s the only thing I didn’t like. "

"After checking the reviews for all the properties in our price range in PVR we settled on this one. Family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. Beach was great and water swimmable compared to others along the bay. You can walk for hours along the beach too! Paddleboarding and kayaking available for free. There are not any extravagant nightly shows. Music is playing pretty much all day with it getting louder around 830pm. Depending on where your room is located, I can see that noise may be an issue when...
