"This was my first time in PV. My plan was to have a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay in a good location. This hotel covered that plan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, just sleep, shower, and relax. If your looking for a central location, close to lots of restaurants, the Malacon, and a 5-10 minute walk to the bus to take you to the beaches to the south, this hotel is perfect."

"This is a clean, well cared for, family run hotel. My standard room (no balcony) on the 3rd floor was basic but had a quiet a/c and a ceiling fan, TV with a few English channels, somewhat consistent wifi in the room, a complementary bottle of water each day. Shower pressure was a little weak but plenty of hot water but no hot water from the bathroom tap (I’ve found that this is not unusual for smaller, 2 star hotels). The front desk staff are fantastic - especially Luz-Maria and Rudy. Courteous, friendly and accommodating. I would gladly stay here in the future. "

"If you're looking for a charming and intimate stay rather than a large resort, I highly recommend this hotel. The decor is eclectic and fun, and the staff is warm and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the beach and directly across from Isla Cuale. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view of the river and Gringo Gulch. The rooftop pool and bar offer amazing views, and we enjoyed watching the full moon rise over the mountains from the rooftop jacuzzi. It was exactly what my daughter and I wanted for our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, and we will stay here again!"

"It is an older property and they are in the process of remodeling. My room had a view of the ocean and the beach. It was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the waves. There are numerous dining options all around the hotel within walking distance."

"Amazing rooftop pool. Comfortable bed. Great location near funicular! Only drawback was highway noise in Mountain View apartment. Loved it!"
