Me and my wife enjoyed the scenery from the 360 rooftop bar and enjoyed the service that staff offered us especially room service. We did however encounter an issue with the a/c, our room cards and the water temperature in the shower. The a/c didn’t really work especially when we wanted to warm up the room at night. The room cards would occasionally fail and not let us into our rooms and needed the front desk to reset the key cards. The water temperature would fluctuate at an extreme rate going from warm to scalding hot especially with the detachable shower head. Overall would return at a good rate/discount.

Very nice property. Clean, safety and high end feel to stay here. Having not stayed here before, I was not sure of the walking distances to restaurants and shopping. I did have a limited time in Guadalahara, so maybe next time when I spend more time there, I can explore better.

Best place to stay in Guadalajara. Everything is within 20 minutes or less distance. Very clean, friendly staff. I do recommend you take a roku/apple tv since television is not smart.

One of my favorite stays ever. All the staff is super friendly. Many breakfast and dinner places are at a walkable distance. The hotel has taxis right outside, and you know how much you will pay from the beginning. Also, the Rooftop 360 Bar is amazing. I plan to be back and stay in the same hotel.
