Las instalaciones por fuera son miy bonitas pero las habitaciones por dentro necesitan urgentemente una modernizacion y remodelacion ya que eatqn viejas, pedimos toallas nunca las llevaron haata el dia de mi salida osea al dia siguiente que las pedi, el reatautante muy bien tanto en desayunos y comida, la atencion fel personal tqmbien fue buena

This place is gorgeous on the outside…but severely dated on the inside and need of new aesthetics…everything looked worn out once you opened the door. Grout missing in tiles, lights flickered or didn’t work at all, dated tiles…nothing to make it feel special or new. No art on walls. Staff were “cold” at best. Not helpful with information, unless you prodded; didn’t even help lift luggage into our car, or said thanks for staying, etc. Food expensive but not worth the expense, mediocre coffee, cold main courses…anything but special. They would have to up their game on many things before we’d ever stay there again.

Property itself is quite nice. Our room however lacked maintenance and was quite run down. The person who welcomed us at reception was quite rude and unwilling to help us with basic things. The beach is very nice and the location of the hotel is convenient

Staff was extremely unfriendly. Lack of knowledge about restaurants or what was happening. On New Years Eve they shut down all restaurants and bars by 4:00 for a party with no notice and cost of party was $250 USD. Had to go elsewhere to eat. Bathrooms needed repair. Would not stay there again nor would I recommend

The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful but do NOT have dinner here we were served the same plate of chicken 3 times and all 3 times id was severely undercooked. All the other meals were okay in all aspects.

The first two nights there was loud music until 1:00am. The poolside bar is only open from 11:00am until 6:00pm. There are a lot of families there so if you are there to relax it is not the place to do it. The two restaurants are very expensive but if you get a taxi to take you to the local restaurants it is great. There are a lot of stairs if you have any mobility restrictions I would not recommend going here.

Amazing location on gorgeous bay. The whole properly looks stunning. The pool is huge and I was able to do laps on days when the sea was too rough to swim. In hindsight actually the sea was fine if went a bit further out, even when the red flag was out. The lifeguard is great for checking on conditions and leant me his orange float so idiot jetskiers could see me. Rooms are huge, as is the bed, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. I didn't use any of the bars or restaurants as they all have music playing and I have an issue with my ears, but I walked a short 5 or 10 minutes to Primos or Montaña Coffee Bar for breakfast, lunch or dinner, especially pleasant in the morning with all butterflies around you. Staff in the boutique and the bell-boys deserve special mention for being incredibly friendly and helpful. Great to have a Starbucks onsite too. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Amazing beach property. The pool and the beach were both excellent. The serving staff at the beach were also all excellent. Fitness club was very clean with updated equipment. Loved this property and will definitely be back!

Was not giving the all inclusive package even though I paid on Expedia. Hotel acted like it didn’t exist. They only gave 2 of the three specials listed on their page. I never received a complementary meal from the chef. Read all the fine print before booking this place.
