Another excellent stay. We would have rated it at 5 stars but they had construction going on and the noise during the day was relentless…had they advised us during the booking process of the construction and noise, we could’ve taken that into consideration and possibly booked another hotel. Other than that the e hotel is getting a long overdue makeover and it’s better for it

This is a great hotel and the second time we've stayed here. The staff is very helpful and polite. Only issue we had was the service elevator was broken so the elevators were limited to customers due to staff using the regular elevators. Would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Morelia. We'll be back soon

I booked for 4 nights, but I was able to stay only for 3 nights. This is because, my flight to Morelia was cancelled due to the closure of the airport in Houston because of the snow. So there was no way for me to arrive as scheduled. Even though Expedia and I pushed hard for the refund for a night, the hotel refused to do so. It was such a dissapointing and frustrating experience. I understand the plan I chose was non-refundable but since there was no way for me to arrive in Morelia as scheduled, I wish they were more flexible. So I want the other users to be very careful. The hotel itself was not bad but on Saturday night, loud music was played in the garden until around 1 or 2 am, and it was annoying.

I'm not even sure where to start. Walls between rooms are paper thin, elevators small and extremely slow, property overall stuck in the 1970's. Our room was dated, furniture in need of full replacement, tiny TV and unfortunately we were bitten by bugs all night in bed. Im assuming bed bugs. The pictures online are very deceiving. We heard noise all night from the room next door to the noisy elevators and people in the hall. Both the sink and shower had a constant drip we could not turn off. The room smelled badly. We didnt even stay the second night of our two night stay. Didn’t even ask for a refund, just booked another hotel in centro and got out of there. Ive stayed in several hotels in Morelia and this was by far the worst.
