"Overall very nice vacation! They cleaned our room daily but not to our standards.The buffet was good but do not recommend the restaurants! The booze they advertise in the room is not the nice brand they show on the website! Hit or miss with the quality of wait staff. Do not plan on visiting the restaurants as they are just a horrible buffet with a theme! It is definitely a party place but the staff should clean the premises from the trash and puke from the night after the party before people...

"Beautiful hotel, very well maintained and cleaned. Awesome pools and walking areas we loved out stayed! The only thing that ruined was a guy who worked there named ELISEO, he approached us on the beach, we had already checked out and were making time sitting on the sand (with our 2 kids playing)before having to make our way to the airport , the guy very rudely approached us and asked if we were staying in the hotel and requested our room number very mean. We left the hotel in a bad note 😔"

"This is a beautiful property looking at the Pacific Ocean. During the month of January, you could see whales. It’s a timeshare facility and so you do get people trying to coerce you to attend a timeshare meeting"
