"Overall wonderful and the staff are amazing. Room cleaning and maintenance has lapsed since previous stays. Rooms also need a deep clean and refresh."

"The stay was average. Room was comfortable but not the cleanest. Had no towels in the room but I notified front desk and they promptly had towels brought up. Wifi in the room was almost nonexistent. So weak I couldn’t stay connected. Bit noisy at night. You can hear everything in next room and hallway. Pool is not very clean looking either."

"I like that it’s private & has big golf fields. But they need to update all rooms. The nice rooms they don’t give to Expedia guest I don’t know why they post it. Beds are hard & mattress stains, ugly colors in room , water shower comes out very slow, everything is old but clean. Good people working there. Entrance to place is dirt needs also to be update."

"Dining at either the onsite Emilianos or the Tau beach club was quite wonderful. Limited menus but stunning views at Beach club and musical entertainment at Emilianos. Wine lists are inexpensive but drinkable Chilean wines. Extensive and decent cocktail list for an all inclusive. Dinner at sister resort (Velas Vallarta) nothing dpecial.. buffets and Andrea - italian Overall a beautiful place with nice facilities but you do pay for it."
