"Great location, small and quaint . Close to beach, and all amenities. It does need some upgrades, the flooring is neat up and looks dirty, the headboards are covered in cloth and look yellow oily and dirty, I’d change that up with a vinyl fabric that is washable. The beds are comfortable, my complaint is the pillows , very old and I would suggest they be washed after every guest checks out. Also get rid of the styrofoam cups for the coffee. Paper would be much better. I would definitely stay...

"We were looking for an alternative to our typical expensive Four Seasons Thanksgiving week and have discovered Punta Mita. The condo is centrally located between all of the available beach clubs. Each club comes with its own flavor but all have great chairs with shade and excellent service. Each has its own restaurant with very reasonable prices.
