"The staff were excellent, the best part of the resort. There were things in our room and around the resort that weren’t great…no bulb in lamp, not always getting clean towels, strong odor in bathroom at times. Several taps not functioning in bathrooms, some restaurants closed on some days. Shuttle to towns not running unless minimum amount of people booking."

"Wow. We stayed a couple nights here looking for a relaxing place to workout, play tennis, sit/drink by the pool, enjoy some good food - and this checked all the boxes. The people and staff here are so kind and wonderful - impressively most are bilingual and english accommodated. We loved the various dining options across both Secrets & Dreams sides - incuding the cafes that serve yummy snacks and drinks. The pools are plenty, clean, beautiful, great places to chill - and the swim up bar is so...

"This was a great property for a group get together we had 20 people and wanted a centrally located place that had easy access to downtown Puerto Vallarta while also having a place to group up and hang out. The staff were all wonderful and kind. Loved the direct access to the beach & hearing the waves all day - very beautiful. We enjoyed the pools and various bars. The dinner options were a bit difficult with the requirement to make reservations ... or use the buffet as the only walk in option....

"Great hotel, great area and the staff were wonderful. My only suggestion is that the activities should be more spread. What I mean with that- live music earlier for families with kids that are not little and live music at the pool should be also for everyone not just on the adult pool. Thank you!"
