"The service from all staff is First Rate, very courteous accommodating and respectful of your needs. We have never stayed in a place in Puerto Vallarta as great as Grand Miramar. Our suite as well as the entire resort was spotlessly clean, every day, very spacious and very well appointed. The two restaurants and Poolside Bar and snacks all served very delicious and well presented food items and used the best ingredients and bar brands. So if you are looking for a first rate accommodation...

Enjoyed the pool, although lounge chairs were limited, and sometimes hard to find., other sister hotel quests would occupy the limited space at the pool. Would stay again for a few days as location was perfect."

"Unfortunately this resort had one major flaw. The chairs on the beach were broken and dangerous. I was hit in the head twice while sitting in these chairs and I wasn’t the only one. The chairs are broken, so when you sit, the back of the chair flies forward and the medal bar hits the person’s head. Hard enough to leave a lump. It really hurt. "
