"My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was not the nicest all inclusive we’ve stayed at but the staff were incredible - special shout out to Diego, Arbey, & Irving!! The biggest issue we had was maintenance problems. From the beginning of the trip our toilet would constantly run, one sink leaked, and the bathtub only had one working faucet. We did submit multiple maintenance requests and told multiple people but none of the issues were ever fixed. One evening maintenance came by around...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Giovanni was master behind the bar and the staff kept every area of the hotel clean! Food was good, especially Marco Polo, and the pool was amazing. Beach location was perfect. Not a long ride from the airport, highly recommend!"

"Staff are to be commended for their high level of service. The buffet was extensive with excellent choices. Lounges around the pools were limited. The beach was beautiful - aqua water, white sand, no seaweed. Noise from the bars late at night could be heard several floors up. Overall I enjoyed my stay. "
