"Overall property was lovely. Lagoon side rooms are very dark and don’t have many outlets or updated outlets so devices or other electronic devices can’t charge as the outlets won’t hold the cord dteady( falls out). Seemed short staffed but staff that were there were very helpful and pleasant"

"Loved how spread out the pools are! Nothing seems to congested. Small observation: Debris (cups and bottles) left on beach, which speaks more to the customer than the staff. We did observe one employee late afternoon burying the trash racking sand over it. "
