"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. "Everything was great! Except for the lobby area. The AC doesn’t work and it’s hot. The buffet was downstairs and it was very uncomfortable because of the AC not working. So you’re eating and sweating. The pool service by Carlos and Fernando was phenomenal! Very attentive and friendly. Staff was all great. Would definitely stay here again and I hope that AC gets fixed asap! "

"The beach was beautiful and the favourite part of our trip! Even though the sandy area was small there was always enough loungers and the staff were willing to grab more if needed and would put up an umbrella if you wanted one. Many areas to snorkel and see fish. Staff would bring food and drinks to you while on the beach. The food was good and if you didn’t like any of the options you could get something made on the grill. "We had the honeymoon suite, and we turn the Jacuzzi on. Well because of the heat and not having a fan the entire room was wet because of the condensation. So recommendation: have a dehumidifier or install a ventilation system above the Jacuzzi. Other than that it was an amazing experience. Will definitely come back but will book a room with the Jacuzzi outside. "
