"I loved our stay at Wyndham Alltra! The food was exceptional, with various delicious dishes to suit every palate. There were so many fantastic options for kids, which made mealtime stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. The buffet, à la carte restaurants, and snack bars were all top-notch. The staff was truly the highlight of our experience. They were warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and exceptional service. The resort itself was stunning, with clean and spacious rooms, beautiful pools, and a pristine beach. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, from fun water sports to relaxing spa treatments. The kids’ club was a lifesaver—it was well-organized and filled with engaging activities that our little ones adored. "This review is for stay July 2024. My family and I celebrated my birthday and wedding anniversary. The resort was clean and I loved the way they went above and beyond with cleanliness in the room including turn down service. It is also family friendly. The only issue is the time share seeking services we ended up paying for what they offered us as free. Overall it was a great experience for our first time in Mexico. Great room service as well. Just a note even though it is all inclusive if you are interested in booking here make sure you make your dining reservations or figure out food options. "

"It was a very nice stay. We really enjoyed the great attentiveness and hospitality provided to us by all members of the staff. We really felt at home and cared for. One suggestion would be to perhaps have smart TVs in the rooms for a better experience when winding down. Other than that an excellent place and we will for sure be coming back!"
