"We took our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12 years old) for a week vacation. This property was nothing short of amazing! The staff was wonderful and always gave great service. The access to the beach was easy and close to the property, and the beach itself was wonderful. The beach staff did a terrific job of trying to keep the seaweed at bay the best they could. The pool area is huge and they have activities throughout the day which created a lot of fun. Our VIP concierge, Juan, was wonderful as well. He ensured that our trip was great, and we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and they all come with a hammock on the back patio. The food was all good, however you have to make reservations early for the restaurants. We stayed at the Sunrise location, but we had full access to the sister property Nizuc next door which was pretty cool. We took a day and ventured to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, and we had access to the Palace in Playa del Carmen as well. I highly recommend this property for all ages! A couple of days on the beach, they had a volleyball tournament for high school aged students. They offer so much to do for anyone looking to do a bit more than just sit on the beach. We will definitely be visiting again! "

"Excellent hotel the positives. * Food options are plentiful....16 different restaurants, some you have to book ahead of time either the day of or anytime during your stay. It's very easy and convenient to download the oasis app as you can naviagate the whole resort, book your restaurants, and see what activities and entertainment they have going on. * Clean rooms * Biggest pool in Cancun, make sure you get your spots early, a lot of guest get up insanely early and put there towels down. This doesn't reserve your spot but just get out there early. *Beach is what you came here for and it's one of the biggest properties in Cancun thus having one of the biggest beach areas in Cancun. Again get there early to get a good spot. The constructive criticism and additional things to know. * They give you 2 towels per room when you get your towels at the kiosk. They also give you 2 towels in your room when you first arrive. *Uber is your friend and safe, if you take the taxis or hotel transportation it's over 5x more. *Explore downtown Cancun, it's just a few minutes from this hotel. Again, it's safe to venture out. * Stay at the pyramid with the black band, that gives you more options for restaurants, private beach beds, you have to pay a little extra for them, and just an overall better experience. Overal this hotel is clean, safe, and good for familys and adults. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will come here again."
