"It was a great place to stay in close to the airport. The airport shuttle was fast, and picked us up within 30 mins of calling. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was busy, and most of the food was gone by the time I arrived. There is a taco place, 7-11 and money exchange place within 3 minutes walk from the hotel. "

"This location was a quick last-minute buy due to a delayed flight and missing the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is conveniently located one block from the ADO bus terminal. I was unable to explore the amenities they listed like co-working spaces and a pool so no comment there but the location was very spacious, nicely decorated and well labelled. "I loved this place! Remember is not a 5-star resort. Is a place to spend the night in peace. The bedroom was clean and modest. I stayed there only one night before leaving Cancun. I love the Plaza where you have all sorts of food available. "

"I enjoyed staying there for an extended visit. The activities, weather etc. One thing I noticed on 3 trips to the hostels. While there are no smoking signs all over each hostel, When I visit the roof areas of the rooftop and party hostel there are a lot people smoking right in front of the signs . I also was a bit disappointed this time because they had not found a yoga instructor. In my other visits they had the yoga classes every weekday. There was considerably more noise at night than before...

"Not recommended at all!!! Just rented for 30 minutes for a quick shower before my flight took 30 minutes just to check in even though the hotel was empty staff is not trained at all dont know simple process of check in im not picky at all but one of the worst checking process and gave me a room with out ac (got moved to one that did) not hot water!! "

"Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. "
