"i would like to complement Carlos. He was the concierge that was at the hotel when we checked in. He was one of the highlights of our stay. He definitely made our stay enjoyable as he made sure we knew our way around places to eat. He even booked a dinner for us for one of the best seafood restaurants to eat in the area. I had some issues with the staff at the Kin-ha club and he made sure he made us feel heard and sent us a bottle of wine to make up for the shortcomings of the staff at...

"We loved our stay at Villa Rolandi. Very attentive staff, two great restaurants, lovely amenities. They are about to undergo remodeling so there were construction noises during the day. That was the only downside, and it was slight. We would come back! "

"This is more of a couples hotel not a family type but it was ok. Be aware that our room had not much privacy almost if the walls were made out or paper not much insolation sounds proof. But again it was ok cause we didn’t spend much time in the room."
