"Excellent resort. Beautiful property, great food. However the crowds at the pools and restaurants can be very large and the wait can be long. Sometimes it takes 30-40 min to get a drink or to get your food order taken. Get to the pools early as almost all pools will be full (chairs) by lunch time. The golf cart system is also a bit wanting but tolerable. It’s great for a family vacation, but if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing this is not the place. "

"If you’re looking for a low key resort with excellent service this is the resort! Staff and service were top notch. Property could use some upgrades. Rooms were clean, but dated. Food wasn’t the best but we didn’t starve. Buffet did have a decent selection. Rented a golf cart to go into town and see the sights, if your look for night life there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from! I really enjoyed all that was offered at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica from all the nice friendly folks that work there to the accommodations. No complaints! "
