"Small boutique hotel with 9 rooms set in the controlled Jaguar national park. Setting is relaxed and calm, so don't expect a vibey party atmosphere. Great for honeymooners and couples that want a relaxing holiday with beach access. Bear in mind you will need to pay an entry fee into the park daily, for upkeep of park infrastructure. "

"I would rate it a 4.5. Not soundproof due to occasional courtyard noise and stairwell vibration noise. Front desk and security were very nice. Security especially friendly. Very cute, trendy boutique hotel with a small pool, bar and restaurant in an excellent convenient location on a nice street. Housekeeper barged in twice in a row without knocking to leave a welcome note, but quickly shut the door and apologized. I had the Do Not Disturb sign up. "

"What an amazing experience! The staff was very accommodating and kind. The property was beautiful, and it even came with a cat, which my wife loved. The location was great, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The area overall felt safe, and we had no issues walking around at night. "My room was really good, the bed comfortable and with a sea view. It is perfectly situated just beside the beach and very central in Playa del Carmen. Nicolas helped me when the remote control for the aircondition did not work, and he has a very nice attitude and knows service. Thank you.
