"This was our second trip here. Our first time we stayed on the palms side and this time on the seaside suites side. The grounds are beautiful and there are food and drink options everywhere. Lots of gluten free food, very clean, and the staff is always eager to help. We were able to find a Bali bed every day. I never thought I’d go to the same place twice but we are already planning to come a third time. "

"My girlfriend and I went there for a Weeknd getaway and the first thing we noticed was security guard at the gate. We felt very safe. The reception area was very cozy and impressive. The facilities: restaurants, shopping store, the pool were clean and well organized. The room was a panoramic view to the ocean with a hot tub outside on the balcony, and it was excellent to enjoy it. You will like it there."

"The property was beautiful. The food was excellent in the alacarte restaurants and buffet. The buffet was much better than other similar resorts I have been to. Also the pools and beach had lots of space around them and we always had a great spot without having to wake at the crack of dawn to get chairs and we were there in March. The staff were very helpful and checked in with us often to make sure everything was good. I would go back!"

"Kevin was a responsive host and helped us with the booking of a good catamaran tour. We liked the location of the property as it was close to areas with restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The downside of the location is the noise. The property is next to a bus station whose PA system can be heard inside the apartment. The building is also close to entertainment/bars that are loud late into the night. Finally, Kevin let me know that there is a limit to the electricity...

Xel-Ha was a cool adventure park with snorkeling the natural estuary as the main attraction. Saw tons of fish including two grouper of 4 feet or more, zip lines into the water, cliff diving, and many other neat attractions. Well worth a visit.
