"This property is exactly as described and what the pictures show. Amazing views of the ocean, which is 50 feet from the condo balcony. The condo is comfortable and spacious. The property itself is a resort. The staff are very friendly, professional, helpful, and always available. One of the big benefits of this property is how quiet it is. Playa del Carmen can be noisy and has an active night life. Avenida Cinco is an 8 minute walk away, but none of that nightlife was apparent at the property....

"Very nice property in a very good location. Our host Angel was outstanding in communicating. Only negative was ovetbearing security guard at the pool. He insisted guests carry their heavy suitcases rather than roll them to their units,. He also confronted guests who attempted to move umbrellas on whells to prvide better shade, defying all common sense. Whil we did not experience these problems, I hewitnessed these episodes, and many guests at the property were very put off by his nonsense, and...

"Very nice condo in a great location. Playacar Phase 1 is a quaint and quiet area on a beautiful beach. It’s a pleasant walk to town, but taxis are easy to get as well. The photos provided are accurate. We enjoyed our stay and will return."

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."
