"The staff are amazing. They are very friendly, polite and helpful. The floor in our room wasn't overly clean, but everything else was great. All of the restaurants at the resort had amazing food! Our daughter went to Mexico 2 years ago and stayed at a resort but after telling her about our stay at Riu, now she wants to stay at a Riu resort the next time she goes to Mexico!"

"this was an awesome first vacation for my boyfriend and i! the resort was smaller, two pools and small beach access, but we were still able to do something different each day! the beach is not very swimable, there are lots of rocks but the beach bar is lovely to sit at and watch locals fish in the shallow water. the all inclusive food/drinks were awesome! we didn’t do many dinners here, we walked to the 5th ave shopping street that had a lot more options, but thinking about the money we saved on food/drinks during the day it made it worth it to go out at night! the staff and service was amazing, the cleaners, bartenders, waiters were all so nice and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this property!"

"Beautiful grounds. Beautiful room and view. Service top notch. Variety in the inclusive resturaunt options. This all inclusive is on the quieter side. Things pretty much go quiet after 10pm, but we liked that for this type of trip. Highly recommend."

"We like the overall vibe and ambiance. Kind of disappointed that we didn't recieve a room upgrade even though we asked for one. I've visited this hotel many times and even recommend it to family. I wasnt impressed when this fell on empty ears.... Careless response. I know word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising. "
