"This property was exactly as described. It was phenomenal waking up every morning to the ocean views and having the convenience of the the adjoining hotel if we needed it. The propery manager, Gabe, was also so helpful in assisting us in our travel plans around the area. My kids and I had a great time."

The views are stunning...the beach and pool setting were perfect for my family. "The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. We came right after the hurricane and would barely notice with hardworking staff working on the property constantly. The area is a perfect beach town with a close breakfast place “jungle cafe” and a very friendly restaurant essentially across the street, and a corner market type place maybe 1/4 of the mile down the road. Other more fancy restaurants were also within walking distance. The coral reef… amazing. Friendly and reassuring...

"I am always impressed with the condo. It is always beautiful, clean and comes equipped with everything you need. This was my 3rd time staying here, I will not stay anywhere else when visiting Playa. "My husband and I and our two kids age 2.5 & 5.5 had such a great experience here. It was beautiful, well taken care of, the staff, owner and other renters were so kind and welcoming to us. The weather was awesome the whole time we were there. The snorkeling was incredible and the surrounding areas were full of welcoming, kind locals and a really great vibe in general. We'll be back!"

"Great location! Close to town and Cozumel ferry yet quiet and relaxing. The whole community has 24 hr. guarded entry so it was very safe and quiet for walking to town. We especially loved the local wild life when walking. The amenities were great. Onsite dining, poolside bar, bicycles, daily activities with hosts, other water and sports equipment, and really helpful and friendly staff. The establishment was clean, well built, pretty and comfortable. I could say the same about all of Playa....

"Beautiful place, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant next door would bring food and beverages to us when we were on the beach. Only thing we didn’t like was a group that had five children in total, they took over the pool area and were very loud. We spent those days on the beach. Once they left, it was absolutely much more relaxing, and quieter. We would love to stay here, but maybe a different time."

"Very clean and spacious condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. 2 minutes from your bedroom to the sand! Also very close to 5th avenue, so easy to get to everything you need. The unit has plenty of towels and pillows, comfortable beds, and A/C. They also helped us with a slightly early check in and late check out, to coordinate with our airport runs. We hope to be back soon!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It exceeded our expecations overall. The condo is very large, nicely appointed in all rooms but the 3rd floor patio is the star of the show! It's huge! We barbequed most nights and enjoyed eating under the stars. The pool was lovely, peaceful and warm. We rarely saw anyone else while we floated around for hours at a time. Communication with the property manager was great and directions to the property were very clear making our arrival smooth...

"The condo has a great view of Half Moon Bay and direct water access for snorkeling. It is large with several gathering spaces, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable king size beds. Lovely gardens surrounding the pool. We used bikes for short ride to main beach and restaurant area. Snorkel gear, swim noodles and yoga mats provided. Bring water shoes since beach entrance is rocky."

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room.
