"Let's start with when you go to the PDC, the number one priority is location, location, location. This condo is in El Faro condos and the unit faces the ocean. It's 1 block (less than 2 minutes walk) from 5th Avenue. The views are amazing. The restaurants around the location are amazing. You can see the sun rise in the mornings from deck that overlooks the water. There is security that keeps non-residents off the deck and out of the pool area. It feels safe. Kid friendly. "Loved our stay here. This is our 4th visit to Akumal and my favorite condo so far. Location was great because it was a ten minute walk La Buena Vida and Turtle Bay Cafe. Owner was super great to work with. Plenty of space for everyone. I think there were only 8 units here, so not crowded and lots of privacy. Would definitely stay again."

"Property is beautiful, maybe nicer than pictured. Location was perfect for us, a bit of a walk to 5th Av, but very do-able and we got our steps in all week. I think being a block off of the beach may be better than being right on the beach - which was very crowded when we were there. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi, and maybe this is common in the area, but it was poor all week. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, but would not plan on working!"

She had the Casa equiped with everything we needed to spend time on the beach, which was our prime objective for this great vacation. She has done a fantastic job with the art on her walls and everywhere. I loved her decor. And her property manager was extremely helpful right up to getting her car and giving us a little tour of the nearby...
