"We stayed here for almost a whole month and loved everything about this property. Everyone who worked there were always happy and smiling and always helpful. We especially liked Edwardo who we always seemed to laugh with . We did stay in an a room that had an adjoining door and even though we were notified we could switch ..we did not and just an fyi...you can hear EVERYTHING going on in next room ..but we loved our room because we could see part of the ocean and cozumel and listen to spanish music playing from across the street ..Really cant wait to return . Thank you so much .We had a fantastic stay !"

"There is so much positive I want to say about our stay at the Hilton Playa del Carmen. From the moment we arrived to the moment we got in the shuttle to leave. Thank you all the hospitable staff I cannot remember the name of all: Alejandro at the pool, Ruben at Pelicanos, Yolanda and Aldo at M. Patrona. Lili and Fernando for the pictures. The lifeguard to cleaned up the scrape/cut I got on my leg when I slipped by the pool. Thank you to the whole entertainment team! Water aerobics, water spin— the FOAM party was the best!!! The gym was clean and well organized probably the best workouts I’ve gotten all year! Thank you to the caballeros at La Mejorada bar! Thank you to the senoritas at Aromas cafe- always smiling and always welcoming. Thank you to Lili for being our housekeeper when we needed a little cleaning up. Thank you to the guys at the bar at Kalamata who were always checking on our drinks by the pool. I’ve been to Playa before and stayed somewhere else. I’m in love with the city and now I’m in love with this resort. We were never ignored, always well cared for. The food was delicious!! We loved it so much we plan to return around the same time next year and hopefully extend the stay. Thank you HILTON! "
