"It’s a studio room that easily sleeps 4. There’s not much “hangout” space—no patio or balcony, but the location is amazing and the beach proximity was great. Wish the window that looked out in the ocean had been cleaned. It was so dirty we could really see out if it. Basically, this is a no frills place but served us well and the service by the management company was great."

"We had a lovely time in this simple little hut with fantastic views of the ocean. No direct beach access, but if the water is calm enough you can go for a swim by clambering over the rocks. Easy to do with rubber soles. Otherwise there's a lovely beach a short walk away. The house is very basic, but the landlords take great care to make you feel welcome."

We removed what we could but I just spent 4 hours having tons of pieces picked from my foot. "My husband and I came on our honeymoon and this was the perfect secluded little home away from home. Moni the host was so attentive and helpful. The property was tucked away off the main streets and was very private. We saw some reviews complaining about noise but we brought a sound machine and had no problem. The hot water in the shower didn't work but it was warm enough that it didn't bother us. Definitely will stay again if we come back to Tulum!!"
