Let me start with a pretty disappointing start to our trip. We unfortunately lost the first day of our trip due to airline issues, but were very excited to finally make it to the resort. Check in experience was good, until we got to our room. We booked a family room with bunk beds for our 2 little ones. The room we were given was extremely dirty, and the smell of must and mold were very strong. The beds were clean and made but other than that it appeared like the room had been abandoned for quite some time. There was a table, but no chairs inside the room, or on the balcony. There was a puddle in the bathroom that we later found was an acitve water leak(hopefully not sewage) coming through the plaster in the ceiling from the room above, which my 2 year old daughter slipped and fell on twice, so we had to leave towels on the floor for the duration that we stayed in the room. Chunks of plaster were literally falling on the floor while we were in there. The bunk beds came with no side rails as they showed in the picture, we requested them and were never delivered. There was coffee, but no coffee maker. We had gone back to concierge to notify them of the issues, they told us they would being furniture and bed rails for us but we would not be able to move rooms until the next day. We ended up getting a clean room, but were downgraded due to capacity, which is understandable, but they were unwilling to compensate for the downgrade. Overall i would not recommend this resort.
